Good afternoon! As usual, it’s been another wonderfully busy week in Deer Class.

In English, we’ve been writing up the letters we planned last week inspired by The Day the Crayons Quit. We even performed them for the class, focusing on using clear expressions and confident voices.

In Maths, we’ve continued our fractions journey, moving on to trickier amounts such as 2/4 and 3/4 and exploring how these fractions look in different contexts.

In Science, we’ve been ‘dissecting’ plants to identify and label their key parts, helping us understand how each part plays an important role in a plant’s life.

In Art, we’ve been exploring the classroom and playground to find unique and interesting textures, which we then used to create our own texture prints.

It’s been a full and exciting week for Deer Class once again.
