This week, we have been learning about the extinction of dinosaurs. The children were fascinated to hear the possible theories that led to the extinction of dinosaurs.

In Literacy, we all shared our written instructions on how to wash a toy.

In music, the children created a rap all about a T-rex!

In Science, we made comparisons between evergreen and deciduous trees and carried out investigations of leaves found in our school grounds.

In Art, the children used their skills and knowledge of drawing landscapes to draw pictures of a dinosaur in the bluebell woods!

In Maths, we have been working on equal and unequal groups!

For our Forest School session this week, our lovely Owls got a chance to walk up to our local woodland area to explore. This was a wonderful experience and we even saw some wonderful bluebells growing!
