This week, we have been learning about the story of 'Jack and the Beanstalk'. We have been learning how to innovate our stories and also using and identifying proper nouns in sentences.

In Maths, we have been learning about mass. We have explored mass using scales and learning how to record this on whiteboards. 

In our Science lessons, we have continued to keep a diary of our sunflower seeds and how much they have been growing! We also carried out a Science experiment with celery and discussed why it sucked up the coloured water. Well done Owls! You have worked hard this week! 

In our last week learning about toys from the past, Amersham museum kindly let us use their old toys this week for Owls to explore and enjoy. It has been a wonderful half term learning how toys have moved through time!
