This week, our Foxes have been reading the story 'Don't Forget the Bacon'. In Literacy, we have been learning to write a shopping list using our phonic knowledge. In Maths, we are working on counting objects that cannot be moved. In our UTW lessons, we have been exploring Winter and how seasons effect the environment around us. For our Forest School session, we have been learning how to keep safe in the woods and how to use nature for play. 

During our exploring time we have been carrying out the following activities:

-Developing our fine motor skills during our Funky Fingers mornings

-Exploring fiction and non fiction texts in our reading den

-Writing shopping lists 

-Counting and matching numerals to quantity

-Developing our Oracy skills during Pics and Tell

-Using Lego to create a town and a road

-Exploring our train set and developing our skills in role play
