3rd July 2026

What a fantastic week Owls! We have been super busy and very active! This week we have created our seaside sliders project. The children all followed their design sheets accurately to create a wonderful collection of seaside sliders. It has been fantastic to see all of their different ideas!

In Maths, we have been learning about time. We have been learning the days of the week and made our very own weekly timetable.

In English, we have been working on our capital letters and full stops. We have also been evaluating our own pieces of writing to check this!

In Science, we have been learning about fish. We created a diagram of a fish together, labelled the different body parts and discussed their functions!

We finished off our week with Sports Day! It was a glorious day, filled with fun and excitement. Our focus has been the Paralympics. Our teams were named after famous Paralympians to promote equality and diversity. Well done Owls!
