What a wonderful week of learning! In science, the children carried out experiments into the effect of heat on certain materials. The materials were ice, chocolate, bread and corn. We described the materials before and after heating them. The challenge was to work out if the change was reversible!

Our focus was strength in our yoga lesson. Deer Class practised being rooted to the floor on different body parts.

We are becoming accomplished writers now that we can join our letters together. Look at our penmanship!

The children refined their cutting skills in D.T. this week. They practised cutting straight, curved and zig-zag lines before moving on to creating a Christmas tree collage.
